Costs

The costs of your treatment - as outlined in the cost estimate - must be paid before your arrival.

Please be aware that the actual costs of the treatment may differ from the estimated costs. This is due in part to the fact that our team of doctors has not had the opportunity of examining you personally before the treatment.

If paying your own fees, you will receive a detailed invoice by post and E-mail within two months following completion of the treatment. Should the price included in this invoice differ from that of the cost estimate, we ask that you settle any remaining balance promptly. You will, of course, be reimbursed for services costing less than anticipated in the cost estimate.

Should the treatment costs be handled by a health care provider or other sponsor, we will have received a declaration of cost absorption from this party before the beginning of treatment. In this case, the health care provider or other sponsor will receive a detailed final statement in order to settle the costs.

You, as the patient, must not attend to this matter.
