- Karin Lochte, who was the first female Director of the renowned Alfred-Wegener-Institute Bremerhaven. Now active in University Councils and as Ombudsperson.
- Ulrich Stephani, former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Clinic Director Neuropaediatrics, UKSH Kiel. Now active in foundation board.
- Ina Schienagel, Product Performance Manager, Philips Medical, Hamburg, and Mentor at Career Center, Univ. Hamburg.
- Goncalo Ferreira, Senior Director, Stryker Trauma, Schönkirchen.
- Franziska Nitsche, HR manager, Counselor. She is moderating the panel discussion
