In the Laboratory Economics working group, economically sensible concepts are developed on a scientific basis in order to provide the best possible support for responsible medical care for the local population. The optimization of internal laboratory processes, the consistent further development of routine measurement procedures, the establishment of innovative methods, and a constant improvement in the quality of analysis results increase the efficiency and reliability of laboratory-based diagnostics, from which patients in particular benefit.
