Learning objectives
Performance of diagnostic hysteroscopy:
Assessment of findings, problems and complications, behavior in the event of complications
Performing laparoscopy:
Applying the pneumoperitoneum, alternatives in difficult situations such as: pre-operated situs, in obese patients, in extremely slim patients, applying the second incisions, 0° optics and 30° optics
Procedure for:
Diagnostic laparoscopy, sterilization, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, tubal pregnancy, salpingectomy, adnexectomy
Risks and complications:
Avoidance of and behavior in case of complications, pre-operated site, adhesions, after radiation, hernia
Anatomy day on 17/06/2026
- Topographic anatomy - Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy and pectopexy
- Self-study of anatomical specimens of the pelvic floor and pelvic organs
The largest proportion of participants come from South Asia and are a group from various regions such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, Nepal, Afghanistan, Maldives and Pakistan.
But of course all interested parties are welcome, this course is only conducted in English.
