Unser Hauptziel ist die Entwicklung neuer Testsysteme zum Nachweis von Autoantikörpern bei bullösen Autoimmundermatosen. Diese Testsysteme sollen zur Verbesserung der Diagnostik dieser Erkrankungen beitragen, insbesondere durch den Einsatz neuer Zielantigene, aber auch durch die Optimierung bestehender Nachweissysteme im Hinblick auf Effizienz, Kostenreduktion und Automatisierung. Ein weiteres Ziel ist die Identifikation von Biomarkern, die klinische Subgruppen innerhalb des Erkrankungsspektrums beschreiben, welche sich hinsichtlich Prognose und Therapie unterscheiden.
